Add an extra language to your website

Single domain

(warning) 1 domain for multiple languages

For example:
mydomain.com = default language
mydomain.com/de = german
mydomain.com/fr = French

How to add an extra single domain language?

  1. Create your new language under locale at mywebmanageradminpanel.com/webmanager/locale
  2. Set one of your locales as default language by activating the checkbox.
  3. Add the newly created language to your CMS settings mywebmanageradminpanel.com/webmanager/cms-options
  4. Make sure your site is multilingual and the 'new' language to your applicable site.

(warning) Keep in mind that you still need to add the language selector and make sure you have your friendly urls for the 'new' language in place. You can start with translating your content after finishing the above steps.

Multidomain

(warning) 1 domain per language

(info) this 'how to' is under construction
