Maxxton Software - Release v2023.47.0

Your Maxxton Software experience is improving as we work to squash bugs and release new features. Here's an account of the improvements you'll find in the latest releases.

This release is now available on acceptance at 16 November and will (probably) be released to production on 22 November or 28 November.

Front Office Manager

What's Improved

  • Improve the way we currently handle the amenity preference for reservations booked via planning chart

    The flow for creating reservations with amenity preference via the planning chart is improved. Based on the filtered preferred amenities the preference cost for the selected amenity will automatically be added and the selected preference will be enabled in the reservation.

  • Improve the way we currently handle the unit preference for reservations booked via planning chart

    The flow for creating reservations with unit preference via the planning chart is improved. We have added the same flow for the planning chart to the current setting in the Reservation Manager configuration set, from now on the unit preference will be added automatically when the user creates a reservation via the planning chart for one of the selected reservation categories.

  • Remember the selected location on all menus in the Front Office Manager

    For users that have multiple locations linked to their employee account we now remember the selected location. When the user selects or changes the current selected location in for example the Front Office Manager dashboard, it will be remembered and displayed by default on all other menus in the Front Office Manager.

  • Improve on updating energy values

    The function to update the energy values to calculate the used energy has been improved. The user no longer has to do this per energy meter, but can simply enter the values of all energy meters and then calculate and save them in one action.

What's Fixed

  • Guests birthday not displayed on the dashboard

    The birthday details of guests who celebrate their birthday during their stay are now displayed again on the dashboard of the Front Office Manager.


Reservation Manager

What's Improved

  • New filter and export column in Search reservations

    From now on you will see a new filter in the Search reservations menu called Brand to help the user to find reservations that are created under a specific brand. Additionally a new column Brand has been added to the export column set to allow you to export these details.
