Dashboard Front office manager


Purpose of this article is to explain how to use the dashboard in the Front office manager.



Permissions

Permission allowing the user to have access to the dashboard:

Dashboard tiles will be shown based on the above permission except for Payment term due wherefore user need below permission

Dashboard tiles

Default the dashboard will open on today's date and the default linked location on the employee account

User will be able to change on into until and select a date to view arrivals in the future

  1. Guests in house > The total number of present guests 
  2. Remaining arrivals > The number of reservations checking in today
  3. New arrivals > The number of reservations created within 24 hours before arrival date
  4. Checked in today > The number of reservations checked in today
  5. Remaining departures > The number of reservations checking out today
  6. Checked out > The number of reservations checked out today
  7. Incomplete travel party > The number of reservations where at least one of the mandatory travel party fields is not filled in
  8. Due amount > The number of reservations arriving today and having a amount due
  9. Payment term due > The number of reservations having a payment term due date in the past (term should have been paid already)

Clicking on one of the tiles will always forward the user to the check in/check out menu showing the matching reservations with some basic default details.

Add-ons today

  1. By default a list of all applicable add-ons for the selected day will be shown
  2. Per linked pick up desk a list of add-ons can be filtered
  3. IN: Number of add-ons to pick up/deliver on arrival date
  4. STAY: Number of add-ons to be consumed on a specific day during the stay period
  5. OUT: to pick up/return on departure date
  6. : Opens a list of reservations for that specific add-on
  7. Print: opens the list of all add-ons where user can print all or a selection,  per linked pick up desk
  8. There is an extra option to add more columns to the selection to have more data on the printed list


Work orders for arrivals today

  1. By default a list of created work orders applicable for the selected day will be shown
  2. User is able to open the work order to view more details
  3. User is able to open the reservation using the arrow to view more details or update the work order

Today's birthdays

  1. An extra feature is added to show the guests who's birthday is on the selected arrival date
