Check in / Check out
Purpose of this article is to explain how to use the Check in/Check out menu in the Front office manager.
Permissions
There are several permissions for the Check in/Check out menu that can be put into different roles and can be assigned to the employees, below the most important ones
More of these permissions can be find in the Back office manager
Reservation details
Click on any tile from the Dashboard to open the Check in/Check out menu in the Front office manager
The list shows the basic details of all reservations arriving or departing today
Extra columns can be selected from the column set by opening the column set on top on the right side
Reservation list can be printed
There is a select one/select multiple/select all option to check in/check out multiple reservations in one run without checking any reservation details
There is a search bar on top of the list to find matching reservations
There is a sort option on the columns
Reservation can be opened from the list by clicking random on a reservation
The different card details can be shown open/closed to show the user the most important details by default
User will be able to check/add/update the reservation details as booked add-ons, preference, work order details, used energy, bill details etc.
User will be able to add/edit memo's
User will be able to open the reservation in the Reservation manager
User will be able to print debit card, key card
User will be able to print or email pdf reports
User will be able to charge a possible amount due via cash/online/stored credit card
User will be able to add/cache via voucher
User can view the customer status to welcome the customer as a loyal guest
user will be able to check/complete the travel party details of all traveling guests
User will be able to check in/check out the reservation (with or without due amount), depends on the linked employee permission
User will be able to print personal cards from the travel party details > a specific template and report are needed, and required in the report name is the word > cards, e'g. swimming pool cards/personal cards
