What is description widget ?

The description widget in the custom result panel helps to configure the type of information to be displayed for types/units.

Select the type of the description you want to display multi-select field- How it works

The type of description is displayed on the page in the order of the chosen selection. For example: “Name”, “Short description”, “Description” in this case the example will show “Name”,“Short description” and “Description” combined in one display.

Use a fallback once selected description(s) is/are not configured option - How it works

If the type of description selected in “Select the type of the description you want to display” is not configured in Content Manager then it can fallback to a selected description type in this multi select field. Inside this selection field it will pick the description type for its exact order in the list. For Example: If the original type of description selection is: “Name”, “ Description” and the fallback selection is: “Short Description”, “Description 2” then if the “Name” is not found then it will show “Short description” and if “Description” is not found then it will show “Description 2”.
