Step-by-step guide

How to change the unit? 

  1. Open the Overview tab of the reservation
  2. Click on the displayed accommodation type
  3. "Change Unit" is shown under unit information
  4. Click on Change Unit
  5. A popup will appear with a list of available units
  6. Listed first is the current booked unit
  7. Select the desired unit by clicking on Change Unit
  8. The reservation will be updated accordingly




How to change the accommodation type?

  1. Open the Overview tab of the reservation
  2. Click on the three dots in the accommodation type bar
  3. Click on the search similar text
  4. Remove filter accommodation type
  5. List of all other available accommodations types will appear
  6. Select the new accommodation type
  7. Continue the reservation flow by clicking on Get Rates and Book now
  8. The Accommodation Type page of the Reservation will be shown
  9. Click on the Accommodation displayed in bold letters in the top bar
  10. The newly added accommodation will be listed as the second accommodation in this list
  11. Remove the old accommodation type by selecting the checkbox and click Delete Accommodation







How to change the location?

  1. Open the Overview page of the reservation
  2. Click on the Accommodation displayed in bold letters in the top bar
  3. Select the booking on Accommodation Type
  4. A Move to another location button will be activated
  5. Click on Move to other location
  6. Search for new accommodation on another location
  7. Continue the reservation flow

Remark: this flow is only applicable when the reservation is moved to another location for the same stay period. If the stay period is changing, a new reservation needs to be created.
