Feature explanation

With the configuration setting, we are able to mark offers as non-refundable.  Mostly, in case the booking is Non-refundable, the guest should also pay directly, instead of the ability to pay in terms. With the setting, it is possible to link a specific payment term set. Also, it is possible to have a separate cancellation add on, to be able to cancel the booking with the non-refundable conditions instead of the regular conditions.
