Add ons
Add ons are resources which can be booked in a reservation. It can be fees like reservation charges, or optional add ons like bed linen.
The add ons can be created on the different location levels. Add ons which are used for all underlying locations, can be created on the top level. The decision on which level an add on needs to be created can depend on the uniformity of the costs.
Add on Types
When creating an add on, the user selects an Add on Type. This Add on type makes sure that the right information is asked to the user. Also, the add on type will be used in the future for grouping.
Example
Deposit/Borg - This Add on type is used to mark an add on as warrant to show the warrant differently at the bill. Also, in case the warrant needs to be repaid automatically, the add- on will be contra booked based on the Add on Type.
