Trigger

Tiggers are criteria for an event that determine when a notification will be sent to the appropriate receiver.

Default triggers:
  • Manual (notification triggered manually)
  • Change (notification triggered on change)
  • Periodical (notifications triggered periodically on time)


Examples:

Manual: send out bulk notification

  • Arrival time Resort changed, Name of Resort changed, etc.


Change: send out notification when certain values change

  • Booking confirmation, Cancellation confirmation, Bill updated etc.


Periodical: send out notification for repeating events

  • Pre-arrival information, Welcome home email, Reminders, etc.
