Combined offers
- Erica van Willegen (Unlicensed)
Offers can be set at multiple phases of the collaboration with partners:
- As part of the contract (early booking offer / longstay offer)
- During the season (yielding offer)
Sometimes these offers need to be calculated separately, but often also together (cumulative).
For example: a campsite has contractually agreed upon an early booking offer of 5% for all bookings that are being made until the 31st of March for the entire season. This campsite has also contractually agreed upon a long stay offer of 20% for all stays with a minimum of 7 nights, for all stays until the 14th of July and as of the 21st of August until the end of season.
During season the campsite notices a drop in bookings for arrival period the month of June. So in April they decide that they want to promote the month of June with an additional offer of 10%. This offer isn’t restricted by a minimum number of nights and need to be calculated in combination with the long stay offer that is already in place.
So when a client in April now books a 4 night stay in June the offer is 10% (last minute) and when a client in April books a 7 night stay in June the offer is 20% (long stay) PLUS 10% (last minute).

Things to remember
- Offer always calculates over the accommodation base price
- There is no order in the calculation of the offers; if you have a 5% discount combined with 10% discount. This means that 15% discount will be provided.
- Max combinations supported is 2. If we have offer 1, 2 and 3 and we:
- Combine offer 1 + 2
- Combine offer 2 + 3
- The offer combination 1 + 2 + 3 will not be supported.
- When creating a combination both offers need to be valid in the period you would like to combine them.
