Memo categories

• Memo categories enable the user to differentiate between memo's added to the reservations. This is useful for reporting purposes. 
• Memo is used to record any additional and important information about the resources and documentation which needs to added separately for review purpose by the other users while they are working with that resource in the future. Memo should be created under specific categories so that it will be easy to pick-up by category name.
• It is present in Set-up module.
• It relates to Accommodation type, Activity, Check In/Out, Contract Types, Customers, Distribution Channels, Extra, Housekeeping, Infotexts, Owners, Packages, Products, Reservations and Specials.


How to create a Memo Category

  1. Open the Content Manager
  2. Unfold the Configuration menu
  3. Click on Memo categories
  4. Click on Add memo category
  5. Complete details and click on Create
