Administration organisation

The highest possible financial entity in Newyse is what is named the Administrative Organisation (AO) and is used to create a main level to funnel the companies, locations, employees, accounts and other properties that exclusively belongs to that AO. An AO can be configured as a class of companies of which each is holding a selection of locations (also referred to as resorts). In Newyse as many AO’s can be defined and differentiated in detail as desired but each AO is assumed to be a financial entity and linked to her own so-called fiscal year ledger or another linked cross ledger, formally known as the current account.
