Batch Update

The number of Records like Rate, Rentability, Resellers, Rate Type, etc. changes using one Functionality is called Batch Updation.

• For Batch Update Option Goto Rate Manager –> Batch Updates click

• After that select the option New Batch Updates

A] Rate Batch Update Process

First We select Resort or Accommodation Type where we want to change or add Rate through the Batch Update

We have different Options there like, Sales Price or Cost Price after that, you want that rate for a Single date or it is for a Range of dates

after that you have to select dates,

After that, we have chosen Rates and conditions like,

1. Add new rates along with rates invoice text

2. Update rates invoice text in existing price rules

3. Block rates

4. Allow rounding

5. Translation for particular Rate type

After that click on Next Step

Finally, you see the summary page what we select or update/add Rates through the Batch update,

Select option "Start Batch Update" done.
