Energy settlement/invoices Newyse

Currently in Newyse it is possible to settle energy, water and gas costs to owners of a property based on meter readings and fixed amounts. So far it's not possible to do the same in Maxxton Software, but it is the idea to analyse the process and decide how it should work in MXTS.

On this page, the user flow for settling energy in Newyse is described.

In Newyse, under Finance, the module Energy settlement can be used to generate the invoices based on the meter readings. To be able to generate the invoices, several steps have to be taken or things have to be checked.

Besides the Energy settlement based on meter readings, it's also possible to have a deposit paid on forehand and settle this later in the year with the real costs.
