Templates and Reporting

[This section concentrates on email reports. Other types of reports are very well possible, but outside the scope of this documentation]

Below the user flow is drawn when an email is being sent from on . of the MXTS tools. When a user wants to send an email from Reservation Manager, they choose one of the available reports. A report is attached to a template which can be built up by sub templates and uses a general layout, defined in a Layout Template.

When creating the email, the usual flow is to work bottom-ip:

1. create a layout template
2. think about general reusable sections and create sub templates for them
3. create template (the content of the email)
4. create a report in which the template will be used
