Combined accommodations

How can I configure accommodations which can be rented as 1 or as multiple units and how does that work in the bookings?

A group accommodation or a large house can be rented as 1 unit or splitted into multiple individual units. When the largest units has been rented, the smaller units need to be blocked automatically. When a small house is rented, it should not be possible to rent out the largest house.
