How to create a change task

1. Enter a name
2. Choose the context  → reservation
3. Choose the type of trigger → change
4. Optional to enter a description

How to create an action

1. Enter a name
2. Choose a type of receiver → customer
3. Select email report you want to send → "Booking confirmation"

How to create conditions

1. Enter a name
2. Choose a type of trigger → reservation status
3. Specify reservation status change → provisional to definitive
