Linking contracts to units

Purpose of this page is to show how a contract is added to an owner and his unit, using pre-defined contracttypes.

Find owner

  • Search for owner in MXTS Owner Manager
  • Go to Owner Details

Add Contract

  • Go to Units and Contracts card
  • Go to Contract tab
  • Click Add Contract

Add Contract details

  • Add contract name (mandatory)
  • Select applicable contracttype from dropdown menue
  • Select to which unit this contract is linked
  • Add starting date of contract period (mandatory) and enddate if applicable (optional)
