Representations

In the representation, the rentability is added per distribution channel (e.g. owners may arrive/depart each day, guests only may arrive/depart on particular days). It is advisable not to have many differences, but to cluster them to keep a better overview.

Getting Started

To start, first login into Maxxton Software with your credentials and then navigate to "Content Manager" to start your set up

When you click on "Content Manager", you will be navigated inside. Find the left menu "Accommodation types" to start. 

Setting up representations for accommodation types

Representations can only be defined at the accommodation type level. Follow the steps mentioned below to start creating representations for accommodation types in Content Manager

1. Click on "Content Manager". Click on "Accommodation types" in left menu to start. 
2. Applying filter for Location to search accommodation types in specific Location. Alternatively, you can search the Accommodation types with Name, Code, Path or Resource ID
3. Click on the accommodation type in which you would like to set up the "Representation"

     4. Click on 'Add representation' to start creating representation

Setting up representations for accommodation types in bulk

1. To set up the representations in bulk for one or more newly created accommodation types, click on "Link representation set template". Click here to find out how to create 'Representation set templates'
2. Click on 'Link representation set template' to create representations using the already available set templates.

        3. Choose the representation set template using which you want to create representations

        4. Optional step is to also link 'Rentability sets' if already available and then click on 'Start Batch' to  create representations using set template. Representation is automatically created as seen below
