Door locks

Getting Started

To start setting up your Accommodation types, first login into Maxxton Software with your credentials and then navigate to "Content Manager" to start your set up



When you click on "Content Manager", you will be navigated inside. Find the left menu "Accommodation types" and key icon as shown below to start. 

If you are unable to view the icon then enable the right "Door Locks" from Back office Manager or contact your administrator. 



Having trouble viewing the content in Content Manager or ? If you see blank screen or do not see Content Manager icon in home screen page then kindly contact support@maxxton.com.

In order to switch your session language, click on the User name on the left menu bar on screen. Select "Switch session language" and select the language which you wish you select.



How to add Door locks for Units

  • Go to Content Manager > Accommodation types menu. Select the accommodation type for which you would like to add Door Locks.

  • Click on the key icon  as shown in the screen shot below

  • Panel will open from the right side of the screen where you can configure number of cards required for 'Barrier access for location' and 'Key cards for accommodation'. 

  • To add Door locks, click on the '+' icon  

     shown in the bottom right of the screen. 

  • Choose the type of Door lock you would like to add: Saflock or Koole Controls

  (A) Configuring Saflock

  •  To configure Saflock, choose the Saflock option. 

  • Optional step to choose the start date/end date for adding doorlocks. 

  • Specify the number of cards you would like to configure in the "Number of cards" field

  • Then you can select the units of this accommodation types for which you would like to configure the door locks by clicking on selection check box or you can simply type in the "Lock code" in the input field for all the units for which you would like to link

  • Then click on "Add doorlocks" to finish configuration



(B) Configuring Koole Controls

  • To configure Koole controls, choose the Koole controls option. 

  • Optional step to choose the start date/end date for adding doorlocks. 

  • Specify the 'Pincode length' of the pin codes that will be automatically generated once finished

  • Then you can select the units of this accommodation types for which you would like to configure the door locks by clicking on selection check box or you can simply type in the "Lock code" in the input field for all the units for which you would like to link

  • Then click on "Add doorlocks" to finish configuration



How to remove Door locks from Units

  • To remove door locks, select the Units from Koole Controls or Saflok configured door locks

  • Click on 'Remove doorlocks' to remove.
