Configure Planning chart details

Purpose of this article is to explain what and where to configure the planning chart options


Reservation details configuration

  1. Option to manage the reservation details users are allowed to see on the reservation detail summary in the planning chart
  2. Clients allow partner employees to have access to the planning chart for one specific location, but do not want these users to see all the details
  3. Within this configuration user can easily manage the details these users are allowed to see
  4. One of the options is adding a link which will be shown on the planning chart and forward these users to a specific website allowing them to create a new reservation


Ability to view reservations booked for one DC/Partner only

  1. In combination with the above it is also possible to link one specific DC to these users to allow them to view reservations from their company only.


Show units on the map

  1.  Configuration for latitude/longitude to show the accommodation on the map in the planning chart can be done in Content manager > Accommodation level


Reservation colour
