Housekeeping - Operations application
How to download the Maxxton Operations?
The Maxxton Operations application can be downloaded through the Apple app store and the Android Play Store. Just search for "Maxxton Operations" and the application will appear.
This page is sued for documentation on the housekeeping flow within the Operations application. The Operations application is your tool to update housekeeping tasks in a mobile environment which enables on site availability of information.
Log-in
- A user can log-in using it's concern code. This is the same (3-letter) code as used when directing to the Maxxton Software, for instance abc.maxxton.net. ABC would be the concern code of your organization.
- The required log-in and password are the same ones as used in Newyse / Maxxton Software.
Note: Permissions are needed in order to log-in. Please contact our support department in order to arrange this.
Profile
- The user can change the language setting here.
- There is a 'help' section where the icons and their definitions are listed.
- Logging out can also be achieved using the button on right-top.
Dashboard
- The to-do filter shows the total amount of the minutes, that go with the assigned tasks for logged-in employee, that still need to be completed.
- The completed filters shows the amount of minutes the user has already completed.
- Profile can be opened using the profile icon on right-top
- Opening map view shows the to-do and completed units in a map view.
Map view
- The markers are placed based on the coordinates configured at unit level.
- The color of the markers indicates whether accommodation is still to be done (grey), in progess (yellow), ready to be checked (orange) or done (green).
- Clicking on the marker will show the user the unit name and task details.
To-do list
- After selecting a filter in the dashboard filter, the user will enter the list view of the housekeeping tasks assigned to the employee.
- Map view can be opened by map view icon on right-top.
- Search bar for units is included and sorting options on walking route and priority.
- The applied priority is: arrival times (for arrivals/changeovers) → departures → stays
- The information that is shown in the card:
- Unit name
- Early check-in icon (optional)
- Execution moments: arrival (incl. arrival time from reservation), departure (incl. reservation statuses checked-in/out), stay.
- Language of guest, in case of changeover the arriving guest applies.
- Task name(s)
- Total task duration
- Reservation memo icon (optional)
- Want to achieve this? Create a memo category and enable the 'Operations application' toggle. Any memo added to the reservation of that category will display on mobile app.
- Precheck functioanlity. Slide to left to indicate precheck as done. Tap checks to correct in case of mistake.
- The orange + can be used to create a workorder.
Unit view
- Opening a unit from the list view will direct the user to this screen.
- On top execution moment + customer language is shown again.
- Hitting the start button will show a checkbox at the tasks below the 'My tasks' section in order to complete the task. This will move the status task to 'in progress'. Hitting the checkbox sets task status to done.
- The section 'My tasks' shows all tasks assigned to logged on user including duration. Clicking on it will direct user to task details screen.
- The section 'Cleaning tasks' shows all cleaning tasks on that unit for that day. The name of the cleaner will show up too (in this case, the user is Test Test).
- In case a memo is attached to the task, this is displayed using a mini memo icon.
- The section workorders on this unit, shows open workorders on this unit. Workorders included in this section have a status new, assigned or on hold.
- The orange + can be used to create a workorder. The first three field will be filled with location, type and unit.
Task detail
- When hitting a task in the unit view, the user gets directed to the task detail screen.
- It's possibile to add pictures and memo's here that will show in MXTS.
