Housekeeping - Managing the day

Once the planning is created, there are great tools to stay up to date on your planning. The main ones will be discussed below:

Housekeeping dashboard

  1. Possibility to start the planning wizard as described in the planning creation page.
  2. Creation of a workorder. Once created here, it will directly be visible for all maintenance employees.
  3. Unassigned tasks. This shows all the tasks that currently have no assignee and, therefore, won't show on the Operations application for employees so can be forgotten.
  4. Progress bar. This shows the total progress made during the day, using the following colours:
    1. Total available working time of all employees (= full bar)
    2. Unassigned tasks (= darker grey bar)
    3. Assigned tasks  (= blue bar)
    4. Done tasks (= green bar)
    5. Red marker indicating the current time of the day. (e.g. working day from 10.00 till 15.00, then marker will be halfway at 12.30).
  5. Currently planned employees. Clicking on these tiles will give you an overview of the employees that are planned for the day. Using the productivity/capacity bars, real time info is shown. This individual employee bar is based on the same principle as shown above.
    1. Want to make changes to help employees and have a better spread of the assigned tasks? Drag and drop of units is supported in this screen.
    2. Clicking on an employee will show his/her detail tasks.
  6. Employees running late. Clicking on this tile will give you an overview of employees running late (where the red marker is in front of the green bar). Quick reassignments can be done via this.
  7. Pie chart. This gives an overview of how many units still need to be done, when clicking on a specific piece of the pie; you'll be redirected to the planning dashboard in order to see details.

Planning dashboard

  1. Filter section. Using this filters, you're able to make identify planning details based on your filter needs.
  2. Selection of tasks. Selecting tasks will give you the following options:
    1. Remove. Remove task from your planning.
    2. Unassigned. Make the task unassigned.
    3. Open reservation. Open the reservation that resulted in this planning. Note: Permission required.
    4. Update status to any of the required statuses. Each status has it's own colour, so it's easy recognizable. Note: if you reschedule an existing task from day X to day Y, a new planning is required for day Y afterwards.
    5. Assign to employee. Assign singular task to an employee.
  3. Using the map icon in the top right corner, you're able to see all units in the planning on a map view. The colours represent the pie chart as well. Coordination configuration is required for this.
  4. Assign employees will redirect you to the process described in the planning creation documentation.
