Sending a report

Purpose of this article is to explain how an email can be send from a reservation. 

When user is inside the reservation, go to More Options/Communication. 

From this menu it is possible to:

  • Select a template
  • Optionally select checkbox 'send as test' and provide an alternate email address
  • Hit 'Send'

The report is send rightaway and can be observed in the same menu.
