Use of book date during reservation changes

Description

There are some scenarios where it is not exactly clear which book date should be used when adjusting something in the reservation.

These should be cleared up and corrected throughout the software.

Cancelling a reservation	The reservation date together with the optional settings: difference between reservation date and cancel date and/or difference between cancel date and arrival date	Not checked (cancellation extras have default rentability which allows every day arrival and departure)
