Add payments, vouchers and refunds

User needs the right: 

Open

1. Click on the "Voucher" button below the reservation bill on the "Reservation Overview" tab

2. Fill in the voucher code and click on "validate"

Open

3. The system checks the vouchers and explains if the voucher is valid or not and click on "Redeem"

4. The voucher is added to the reservation and the add-on is automatically added to show the value of the voucher.

Open

1. Open the overview page of the reservation

2. Click on Refund

3. A popup with all payments via credit card will appear

4. Select the payment(s) you want to refund

5. Click on Next step to proceed

6. A popup will open

7. Enter the amount to refund

8. Click on Refund payment to execute the refund

9. If the refund amount is higher than one credit card payment, please select two payments.
