Reservation manager behavior related to offers

The purpose of this article is to explain the user how the configured offers currently can be used in the Reservation manager.

Offers - offer policy Open

Based on valid configuration, the Open offer will be bookable in the reservation:

In the price comparison creating a new reservation without selecting any offer upfront in the Search and book page => price choices will show all options with Open offers + the option without any offer, just normal rent
In the price comparison creating a new reservation by selecting the offer upfront in the Search and book page => price choice will show one one option with the selected offer
In the offer tab in existing reservations => all available Open offers will be displayed, Just one offer can be added for the total period or multiple for partial, not overlapping periods

Based on valid configuration, the Hidden offer will be bookable in the reservation:

In the price comparison creating a new reservation by selecting the offer upfront in the Search and book page => price choice will show one option with the selected offer
In the offer tab in existing reservations => all available Hidden offers will be displayed when there is no other offer already present in the reservation. Just one offer can be added for the total period or multiple for partial, not overlapping periods

Based on valid configuration, the combined Open and Hidden offer will be bookable in the reservation:

In the price comparison creating a new reservation without selecting any offer upfront in the Search and book page => price choices will show all options with offers that are combined + the option without any offer, just normal rent
In the price comparison creating a new reservation by selecting the offer upfront in the Search and book page => price choice will show one option with the selected offer + offers that are combined to the selected offer
In the offer tab in existing reservations => all available combined offers will be displayed and can be booked for the same total reservation period or multiple for partial and overlapping periods

Based on valid configuration, the flexible offer will be bookable in the reservation:

In the price comparison => Never
In the offer tab in existing reservations => behavior is similar to open/hidden and combined offers
